Culinary delights at the highest level thanks to the “Feldberger Hof`s own team of chefs! Cumulative competence of the haute cuisine: Michelin star-cook Peter Rombach, owner and chef of the HOTEL-RESTAURANTS "ZUR SONNE" in St. Peter, Alois Inwinkl, former chef of the most exclusive cruise liner in the world „MS Europa“, as well as the chef of the “Feldberger Hof” Falko Kahlert. Also part of the team is the director of our house Thomas Banhardt, who amongst other things, in his capacity as co-operate boss of the NCL cruise line based in Miami, was responsible for all areas of the kitchen of the luxurious liner and organized a French cuisine on the SS Norway alongside Paul Bocuse. With lots of love and passion, our chefs create exquisite buffets and menus for our house all year long which get enhanced and changed depending on the season. Pamper yourself with culinary treats in our restaurants “Bergdoerfli Silva Nigra”, “Hebelstube”, “Wintergarten” and in our “Café Chocolat”! In the scope of your booked board arrangement you can enjoy in all our restaurants our elaborate breakfast-, as well as lunch- and dinner-buffets. We gladly serve you your dinner as a 4-course meal as well. Our à la carte service is available in the “Bergdoerfli Silva Nigra" or at the „Café Chocolat“.
