Advantage of the Alpine foothills: The cleanest and most beautiful lakes of the Alps call this region home. The view from the surrounding mountains is breath-taking and, at the lakes, everyone finds a secluded spot. Nevertheless, there are also enough options for some action.
Lake Schluchsee: This reservoir lake is the largest lake in the Schwarzwald and bears the same name as the resort Schluchsee with its healthy climate. Lake Scluchsee is one of the cleanest bathing lakes of the region and at the same time the center of watersports in the Schwarzwald. It takes only 15 min by car from the Feldberger Hof to the lake.
„Aqua Fun“ Schluchsee: A fun and adventure pool with direct access to the lake! With water mushroom, bubble pool, giant water slide, fitness room, restaurant and sun-bathing terrace.
Lake Titisee: This lake is also the namesake of a healthy climate resort: Titisee in the district of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald! Only 13 km, or 15 min, by car from the Feldberg, lake Titisee is one of the largest natural mountainlakes in Germany and the tourist attraction. It is ca. 130 hectare large and up to 45 m deep. As the most important drinking water reservoir of the region, it environmentally protected and home to various species of fish.
Open-air pool „Freibad Titisee“: A neat public pool with direct access to the lake. With bathing beach, heated pool and restaurant.
Lake Windgfällweiher: The picturesque location of this lake between lake Titisee and lake Schluchsee and its almost unchanged natural originality offers recreational fun and relaxation for the visitors to this calm forest swimming pool.
Water sports at the lake Schluchsee: diving from simple to special, a boat tour with the whole family, sailing, surfing, bathing or swimming – water sports has always been emphasized at the lake Schluchsee. At the lake, you have the opportunity to rent surf boards or sailing boats, or you can directly book a sailing class or surfing course at the surfing school “Surfschule Schluchsee”.
