Included automatically at participating accommodation such as the Feldberger Hof
How the Hochschwarzwald Card works
If you book at least two consecutive days at the Feldberger Hof, the Hochschwarzwald Card (also known as the Hochschwarzwald Karte) is automatically included. The Feldberger Hof is one of the participating accommodation providers of Hochschwarzwald Tourismus GmbH.
Before your arrival, you’ll receive an email from your host to activate the Hochschwarzwald Card for you and your fellow travellers. You’ll then receive a separate QR code for each person travelling with you, which grants you access to the Card’s attractions in the region.
You can now view and secure the included services and Card discount prices on the guest platform ‘mein.hochschwarzwald.de’.
Visits to the region’s leisure and wildlife parks also offer plenty of variety.
With the Hochschwarzwald Card, you’ll enjoy one-off free access to around 100 attractions that are perfect for families.
These include museums, leisure and adventure parks, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, ski lifts, climbing parks, the Blackforestline suspension bridge, boat tours on Lake Titisee, as well as mini-golf and hire services such as e-bikes or cross-country skiing equipment. You can use each attraction once per person for free; after that, the discounted rate applies to some services.
Card special rates
What exactly do you save with the Hochschwarzwald Card?
A family of four – two adults and two children – is planning a two-day skiing trip to the Feldberg. Using the Hochschwarzwald Card, they book a two-day ski pass at a special rate. Without the Card, you pay the Feldbergbahnen’s current daily rate.
According to Hochschwarzwald Tourismus GmbH, from the 2026/2027 winter season onwards, guests with the Hochschwarzwald Card will be able to secure attractive multi-day ski passes at a discount on the Feldbergbahnen’s current daily rate. As a family, you’ll make noticeable savings after just two days of skiing – and on particularly busy days, the savings are even more significant.
Important to note: You must book the ticket (known as the Feldberg Adventure Ski Pass) exclusively online in advance via Mein Hochschwarzwald; the discounted price does not apply at the ticket office.
It’s a similar story at the Badeparadies Schwarzwald. With the Hochschwarzwald Card, you pay significantly less for the standard 4-hour ticket as a one-off payment. For a family of four, a single afternoon in the warm waters of the Palmenoase adds up to a noticeable saving.

What the Hotel Feldberger Hof offers in addition to the Hochschwarzwald Card
The Feldberger Hof has its own solution for rainy days or cold winter days. The Fundorena is a 4,000-square-metre indoor play centre right next to the hotel, featuring a high ropes course, a trampoline area and a bouldering wall. Admission is free for hotel guests (jump socks and the Freestyle Jump are subject to a charge), with no extra cost or need for advance booking.
Whilst the older children let off steam there, the KidsClub looks after the younger guests in an age-appropriate manner, from as young as six months. Together with the activities in the region covered by the Hochschwarzwald Card, the Feldberger Hof offers a family holiday that works whatever the weather.
