General information
We guarantee your room will be ready from 4:00 pm. On your day of departure, please check out, pay your bill and return your room key by 10:00 am at the latest. You are also welcome to settle your bill at the reception the day before, between 3:00 pm and 9:30 pm.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Simply select the hotel network (HotelNET) from the available networks. By clicking “Login”, you agree to our terms of use and privacy policy. You will then be connected to the internet free of charge.

At https://www.hochschwarzwald.de/ you’ll find an overview of all free basic and discounted plus services. If you have already provided us with your personal details and those of your fellow travellers before arrival, Hochschwarzwald Tourismus GmbH will have sent you an email to activate your digital Hochschwarzwald Card. Your digital Hochschwarzwald Card is issued as a QR code. If you only provide your personal details at check-in, you will receive this email later in the evening. The Hochschwarzwald Card is valid for the duration of your stay, as well as on your arrival and departure day.

Buggies, prams and back carriers ("Kraxe") can be borrowed at the rear entrance of the animation area for a cash deposit of €20.00. Baby monitors, board & card games, billiard cues … are available at the reception (deposit will be charged to your bill).
Don’t forget your favourite cuddly toy
We recommend allowing plenty of time for packing. Please check all drawers, corners and under the beds, empty the safe and pack all your personal belongings, such as ID card, mobile phone, favourite cuddly toy. Please understand that we can only return lost property for a handling fee of EUR 50 plus postage.
Forgot your bath slippers? - You can purchase these and many other items at the reception. Drinks, sweets and useful items are available from our drinks and snack vending machines.

In our family adventure restaurant, you can choose between fish, meat or cheese fondue, giant burgers with spare ribs, or one of our popular grill tables. You can book at the entrance to the main restaurant “Hebelstube”, or by calling 814. Table times are from 5:00 - 6:30 pm and 7:00 - 8:30 pm. (Included in the “by Feldberger Hof” All Inclusive.)
Children can enjoy free soft drinks all day - the bottle you receive on arrival can be refilled at any time in the Hebelstube or at the snack bar. For adults, our All-Inclusive Premium offers a selection of beer, wine, selected spritz drinks, as well as tea and coffee around the clock.

The Titisee pharmacy offers a delivery service for a fee on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (except public holidays). Please register at the reception by 12:00 noon at the latest. If the medication is in stock, delivery will be made by around 6:00 pm.
