The highlight of our programme:
Mornings: Postnatal exercise class and circuit training for renewed energy and well-being.
Followed by: Baby massage, bonding and relaxation in a loving group atmosphere.
The courses are led by our experienced midwife and there are also additional tips for babies, from nutrition and sleeping to baby care. Participation from 6 weeks after birth is recommended. You can bring your babies with you to the morning course.
Baby pampering guarantee:
Equipment such as baby beds, changing tables, nappy bins, baby monitors and much more is available.
We are fully equipped with HOLLE products for milk and baby food. Surprise package on arrival. KIDS ALL INCLUSIVE can be used by all babies.
